Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Development Intern with a strong interest and basic knowledge of embroideries to support our design and development team. This role will give you hands-on experience in bringing textile ideas to life—from concept to sampling.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the design team in developing new home furnishing products (cushions, curtains, upholstery, and accessories).
• Work on embroidery techniques and support in creating embroidery swatches and developments.
• Coordinate with vendors and artisans for sampling, sourcing, and follow-ups.
• Research market trends, materials, and techniques relevant to embroidery and surface decoration.
• Support in preparing product sheets, mood boards, and presentation decks.
• Help with quality checks during product sampling.

Requirements

• Background in Textile Design / Fashion Design / Home Furnishings or related field.
• Knowledge of embroidery techniques (hand and/or machine).
• Strong sense of color, texture, and detail.
• Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop / Illustrator) is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and contribute creatively.
