Product Development

You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of innovative insurance products in Bangalore. Your main focus will be to ensure market relevance, regulatory compliance, and profitability of the products. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements for new product filing or revision, preparing IRDAI filing documents according to the guidelines, ensuring compliance with product filing guidelines and approval processes, maintaining records of approved products, preparing reports for submission to IRDAI, coordinating with the Marketing team for designing Marketing Material, and closely monitoring competitor products launched in the market. To be eligible for this role, you should have knowledge of General Insurance, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, experience in product development or non-motor underwriting, and preference will be given to candidates who are an Associate or Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India.,
