In the role of a Developer, your responsibilities will include: - Improving test case coverage and reducing customer-found issues - Identifying inefficiencies in code and effectively communicating them to the team - Taking initiatives and devising plans to address issues - Engaging in documentation, such as project planning and time estimation - Proposing ideas for system improvements, along with cost estimations - Developing detailed specifications and writing program codes - Conducting unit testing for product functionality, GUI appearance, and quality assurance - Collaborating closely with quality analysts to troubleshoot issues Desired Candidate Profile: - Proficient in core development in VC++, MFC (knowledge of DDK, C#, and CLR is advantageous) - Strong skills in Data Structures, Multithreading, Logic Design, and UI/backend implementation - Familiarity with design patterns and ability to work in a dynamic environment with proactive behavior - Experience in Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows File Server, and SQL is a plus - Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence is beneficial - Excellent communication skills - Experience with Test Driven Development is an advantage - Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines,
