Product Designer

As Senior UI/UX Designer at Zybisys, youll be responsible for collecting and translating user insights into delightful experiences
Ultimately, you ll create both functional and visually appealing features that address our customers needs You will use your creativity and eye for design along with your technical knowledge to develop great experiences Youll work with product manager and our development team Together youll deliver UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs and final products In this role, youll have the privilege of being the voice of our customers Youll translate their needs into user-friendly designs and have a direct impact on the customers user-experience Strong sense of aesthetics, including an understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchyKnowledge of interaction design principles and the ability to create intuitive and engaging user interfacesAbility to think outside the box and come up with innovative design solutionsUnderstanding of branding principles and the ability to create designs that align with the company s brand identityStrong verbal and written communication skills to convey design ideas clearly to stakeholders, team members, and clientsAbility to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholdersAbility to understand and relate to the needs, pain points, and behaviors of users to design user-centered solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify design issues and come up with effective solutionsAbility to lead large and complex projects,requirment:Bachelor s degree in graphic design, Computer Science, or any other related fieldProven work experience of minimum 5+ years in UI/UX design experience for digital products or servicesStrong in time management & Team handling experienceExperience working in Agile or Scrum environments, collaborating with cross-functional teamsCommitment to staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and best practicesCertification in UI/UX design, human-centered design, or AI-integrated design tools is an added advantage,skill:Proficient in translating requirements into workable wireframes and prototypes based on style guides, design systems, and established design patternsFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential for close collaboration with developers in building customer-centric applicationsExperienced in creating responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizesSkilled in using tools like UserTesting, Hotjar, and Crazy Egg for conducting user research and usability testingProficient with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, Marvel, and Overflow, with a strong understanding of responsive design principles and prototyping workflowsExperienced in conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design decisionsSkilled in leveraging Figma s AI Wizard, Adobe Firefly, and Copyai to blend automation and creativity for crafting intuitive user experiences,
