Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Strong sense of aesthetics, including an understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of interaction design principles and the ability to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative design solutions.
• Understanding of branding principles and the ability to create designs that align with the company’s brand identity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey design ideas clearly to stakeholders, team members, and clients
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
• Ability to understand and relate to the needs, pain points, and behaviors of users to design user-centered solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify design issues and come up with effective solutions
• Ability to lead large and complex projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Computer Science, or any other related field.
• Proven work experience of minimum 5+ years in UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
• Strong in time management & Team handling experience
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Commitment to staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Certification in UI/UX design, human-centered design, or AI-integrated design tools is an added advantage.

Skills

• Proficient in translating requirements into workable wireframes and prototypes based on style guides, design systems, and established design patterns.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential for close collaboration with developers in building customer-centric applications.
• Experienced in creating responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
• Skilled in using tools like UserTesting, Hotjar, and Crazy Egg for conducting user research and usability testing.
• Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, Marvel, and Overflow, with a strong understanding of responsive design principles and prototyping workflows.
• Experienced in conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design decisions.
• Skilled in leveraging Figma’s AI Wizard, Adobe Firefly, and Copy.ai to blend automation and creativity for crafting intuitive user experiences.
