Product Designer

As an experienced Product Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing enterprise-level ERP systems and complex backend applications. Your deep understanding of user experience principles, logical problem-solving skills, and ability to create intuitive design solutions will be essential in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. - Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. - Conceptualize original ideas that simplify complex design roadblocks. - Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. - Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders. - Conduct user research and evaluate feedback to enhance the product. - Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience as a Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing expertise in ERP or backend systems. - Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking. - Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. - Ability to present designs and sell solutions to various stakeholders. - Experience in user research and user-centered design methodologies. - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. - Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes. - Basic backend knowledge (e.g., understanding of APIs, databases) is a plus. - Familiarity with industry standards and trends in ERP systems. - Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
