Responsibilities:

• Craft delightful user experiences for our B2C and B2B applications.
• Should be involved in creating everything from prototypes to storyboards, wireframes and more!
• Work hand-in-hand with product, business and leadership teams to bring the design vision to life.
• Dive into user research, create personas and develop a deep understanding of our users.
• Participate in usability testing, gather feedback and iterate on designs to ensure always delivering top-notch experiences.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest design trends.
• Help build the foundations of a design culture within the team, contributing to our growth and success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in design related fields.
• Should have 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience designing large scale applications.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Should have good experience on how to turn ideas into visually appealing and functional designs.
• A solid grasp of UX methodologies including wireframing, prototyping and user personas.
• Should have experience in solving real problems and making users lives easier.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Must be dynamic, innovative, passionate and driven to contribute to the financial empowerment of billions of Indians.
• Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
