Product Designer - Human Computer Interaction

As a Product Designer at our company, you will be responsible for designing seamless user experiences across various devices and channels for our streaming-first SaaS products. Your role will be crucial in influencing how businesses deliver engaging experiences to their audiences globally. This full-time position based in Hyderabad offers you high ownership and the opportunity to make a significant impact. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Multi-Platform UX Design:** Create user-friendly journeys across desktop, mobile, and tablet apps. - **Streaming Experiences:** Design intuitive interfaces for live video, on-demand content, chat features, engagement tools, and analytics dashboards. - **Mobile-First Design:** Focus on native iOS and Android app experiences, ensuring optimal performance in real-time streaming scenarios. - **UI & Interaction Design:** Simplify complex workflows into elegant and scalable interfaces for funnels, AI automations, and CRMs. - **Product Thinking:** Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering teams to define problems, co-create solutions, and ensure execution feasibility. - **Design Systems:** Develop and maintain a consistent design language system that works seamlessly across various platforms and devices. - **Rapid Prototyping & Testing:** Create interactive prototypes, conduct usability tests, and iterate based on user feedback and behavior. - **Innovation Mindset:** Stay updated on emerging design trends in streaming, SaaS, and AI to bring creative solutions for enhanced user adoption and engagement. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 4 to 7 years of experience in product design for SaaS, mobile apps, or streaming platforms. - Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-device product design, especially for mobile apps and data-rich dashboards. - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools. - Good understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and real-time interaction design. - Exposure to streaming/OTT platforms, video players, or live engagement tools is advantageous. - Knowledge of front-end capabilities such as React Native, Flutter, or responsive design frameworks is preferred. - Excellent collaboration and storytelling skills to align design with product and business objectives. **Nice-to-Have Skills:** - Experience in designing video-first or OTT/streaming platforms. - Familiarity with real-time engagement tools like chat, polls, breakout rooms, etc. - Understanding of AI-driven personalization in product design. - Skills in motion design or micro-interactions to enhance streaming experiences.
