About The Role

We’re looking for a

Product Designer

with strong visual design skills and an ability to move fast in an experimental environment. This role focuses on creating visually engaging, conversion-driven designs for growth initiatives. UX understanding is valued, but

visual craft and execution speed

are the primary focus areas.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality, visually refined interfaces for growth and revenue-focused features.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing to deliver end-to-end design solutions.
Ensure consistency with design systems and visual standards.
Support experimentation through quick iterations and feedback cycles.
Contribute to motion and micro-interaction details where relevant.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in digital or product design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, layout, and craft excellence.
Proficiency in Figma; exposure to prototyping or animation tools is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work efficiently across multiple sub-clusters or projects.
