Job Title: Product Designer – AI-First UX

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and user-centric Product Designer (AI-First UX) to design intuitive, intelligent, and inclusive user experiences for AI-powered products. This role focuses on translating complex AI capabilities into simple, accessible, and delightful user journeys through thoughtful design, wireframes, and prototypes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design AI-driven user experiences that are intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI teams
• Design interfaces that clearly explain AI outputs, feedback, and actions
• Ensure accessibility and inclusive design (WCAG standards)
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on insights
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UX guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design and product thinking
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Experience designing data-heavy or AI-powered interfaces
• Strong understanding of accessibility and usability principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML products, chatbots, or data visualization
• Familiarity with user research and usability testing methods
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
