Job Description

Looking for a skilled Product Design professional with 4 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design and development, with expertise in areas such as sheet metal, welding, fabrication, casting, DFM DFA GD&T, Creo, Windchill, BOM, ECN, and large assembly handling.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products.
Develop and maintain detailed product designs using CAD software like Creo.
Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Work closely with the manufacturing team to resolve design-related issues.
Create and manage technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test reports.
Participate in design reviews and contribute to improving design processes.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of product design principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in CAD software such as Creo and Windchill.
Experience with design for manufacturability and assembly (DFM) and design for quality (DFA).
Knowledge of GD&T and other relevant design standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
