Product Design Intern

Role Overview: FarMart is looking for a problem-solver with a passion for design to join as a Product Design Intern. As part of the team, you will be working on the Android app to address real-world challenges faced by on-ground business teams. Your focus will be on creating solutions that streamline processes, save time, and enhance efficiency. Additionally, you will contribute to the design system of the app to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Design solutions for the Android app, prioritizing functionality and meeting user needs. - Collaborate with the product team, especially the hiring manager, to tackle design challenges effectively. - Establish and maintain a design system for the Android app to uphold consistency in design. - Implement clean and user-friendly micro-interactions to enhance user experience. - Produce high-quality designs within a fast-paced and iterative environment. Qualifications Required: - Understanding of micro-interactions and their impact on user experience. - Familiarity with Android design principles, including navigation, UI patterns, and user expectations. - Problem-solving mindset to simplify complex processes and deliver intuitive solutions. - Previous internship experience in product or UI/UX design is a must. - Ability to collaborate with teams, receive feedback openly, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.,
