Proficiency in 3D CAD Package essential. NX Software is Preferred.
Proficiency with oral/written communication skills essential.
Project management skills essential.
Seal
design experience

Elastomer/plastic processing and tooling experience highly desirable.
Working knowledge of ERP for engineering data update and other tasks.
Working knowledge of MS office for creating reports and presentations.
Exposure to ISO 9001 and IATF16949 & ISO14001 quality systems desirable.

Competencies:

Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
Proven proficiency and capabilities with 3D solid modeling software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong customer focus and understanding of total customer satisfaction
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven proficiency and experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
