Product Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Coordination

· Coordinate with R&D labs, third-party manufacturers, and testing labs

· Track product development timelines from concept to launch

· Manage sample requests, approvals, and revisions

· Maintain formulation, stability, and testing documentation

Vendor & Packaging Coordination

· Coordinate with packaging suppliers for components, artwork, and MOQ

· Track packaging development, samples, and final approvals

· Ensure artwork alignment with regulatory and brand guidelines

Documentation & Tracking

· Maintain product trackers (Excel / Google Sheets)

· Update SOPs, BOMs, COAs, MSDS, and specification sheets

· Support regulatory documentation (labels, claims, ingredient lists)

Cross-Functional Support

· Support QC and production teams during scale-up and pilot batches

Assist in competitive product benchmarking and market analysis

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
