Product Consultants (Inside Sale)

You will be responsible for collaborating with a team to drive business growth by focusing on customer experience management, business processes, and client management in the E-commerce and consumer durable industry. As an ideal candidate, you should hold an Engineering Graduate or Graduate degree with a strong inclination towards technology, along with a passion for Digital Sales and Marketing, particularly in the fields of E-commerce and Electronic products. Your primary responsibilities will include providing online customer advisory and sales support, managing leads and processes, handling client relationships, conducting data analytics, and generating business growth ideas. You will be expected to effectively manage customer queries, analyze data to make informed business decisions, optimize customer journeys for enhanced conversions, and liaise with brands to secure appropriate solutions for business development. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong command over English and Hindi, be a quick learner, display innovative thinking, exhibit proficiency in technology, have a good business sense, and demonstrate the ability to connect with consumers, understand their requirements, and guide them towards suitable solutions.
