Product Consultant, Splash

As a Product Consultant at Splash, you will be responsible for assisting clients with complex queries, bug fixes, and detailed event setups to ensure an exceptional client experience. Your role will involve conducting thorough research to provide effective recommendations that drive the adoption and expansion of Splash products. You will also be managing cases from start to finish, providing enterprise-level support for the Splash platform and its integrations. Your responsibilities will include using creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills to develop solutions based on customer use cases. Additionally, you will document client history, workflows, and best practices for internal support guides. Working closely with Priority and Priority Elite clients, you will offer long-term advice and support for program management. There will be opportunities for you to take on additional responsibilities such as subject matter expertise, project contributions, and mentoring new hires. To qualify for this role, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. You should have a minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in a technical consulting or similar role. Familiarity with SaaS platforms, particularly in marketing automation or CRM (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce), is desirable. Experience in supporting enterprise clients is essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, proactive problem-solving approach, strong time management, and prioritization skills. If you have experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API setup, that would be considered a bonus.
