Product Co-ordinator

• Promotes and sells solar energy systems by identifying leads, educating customers on benefits, conducting site assessments, preparing custom proposals (including ROI), negotiating contracts, and closing deals, while coordinating with technical teams and meeting sales targets for residential or commercial projects .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Find potential clients through networking, cold calling, door-to-door, referrals, and online channels.
• Customer Education: Explain solar technology, benefits, incentives, costs, and ROI to clients in simple terms.
• Site Assessment: Visit sites to understand energy needs, survey property, and determine system feasibility.
• Proposal Development: Create customized quotes, system designs, and financial analyses (like ROI).
• Sales Closing: Negotiate contracts, overcome objections, and secure sales to meet targets.
• Client Management: Build strong relationships, provide post-sale support, and handle documentation (loans, subsidies).
• Coordination: Work with engineering/installation teams for smooth project execution.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on trends, products, regulations, and market conditions.
