Job Description

Role Overview: As a lending partner management professional in the fintech, NBFC, and banking sectors, your primary role will involve ensuring business volumes, profitability, and scaling up the product. You will have full ownership of running the product end-to-end and managing relationships with Banks, NBFCs, and Fintech companies for different types of MSME loans, credit cards, and wealth management products. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for business volumes, profitability, and ensuring scale-up of the product. - Full responsibility of running your product end-to-end. - Managing relationships with Banks/NBFCs/Fintech for various types of MSME loans (retail segment), credit cards, and wealth management products. - Manage communication and sales channels to drive business volumes. - Responsible for the market landscape, processes, partners, business model, partners, tech journey, etc. - Liaising with lending partners to ensure smooth operations, policies, and expectation setting. - Develop and maintain reporting & application systems and coordinate information exchange with all stakeholders. - Responsible for managing the partnerships, scaling them, and being accountable for delivery at the product level. - Develop and implement acquisition strategies to create demand, identify diverse lead generation sources, and develop outbound and inbound campaigns. - Monitor portfolio quality regularly along with risk and analytics and take proactive corrective steps. - Design new products in collaboration with partners for specific client segments to drive business growth. - Close processes, products, agreements, etc., between stakeholders including legal and compliance. Qualification Required: - 5-10 years of experience in a lending partner management role in fintechs, NBFCs, and Banks. - Understanding of market segmentation and lender-wise offerings in various products. - Exposure to small ticket business loans, end-use restricted business loans, underwriting policies is encouraged. - Experience in lender P&L creation would be an added advantage. - MBA from a Tier-1 institute.
