Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Directly report to the Promoter & Chief Business Officer
Responsible for
developing and executing the product roadmap and strategic vision
for SME Loans (LAP) and Unsecured Business Loans (UBL)
Lead the product lifecycle, market positioning, and business strategy while managing a cross-functional team

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years proven experience in product and strategy roles within NBFCs, FinTech, or financial services
MBA or equivalent degree in Finance, Business Strategy, or related field
Familiarity with digital lending platforms and technologies is a plus

Sector Knowledge:

Strong understanding of NBFC regulations, compliance requirements, and market dynamics in SME Lending
Expertise in operational processes and credit policies specific to SME Loans

Product Management:

Hands-on experience in developing and scaling lending products tailored to SME customers
Proven ability to establish processes, pricing, and credit frameworks for financial products
Exceptional project management skills with a history of successful product launches

Analytical & Leadership Skills:

Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and portfolio insights
