As a Product Analyst for ServiceNow (HRSD) at Siemens Energy, your role is vital in supporting and delivering the HRSD ServiceNow platform strategy and solutions. You will collaborate with the development team and Process Owners to ensure alignment with the overall vision, goals, and priorities of HRSD ServiceNow. **Role Overview:** As a Product Analyst for ServiceNow (HRSD) at Siemens Energy, your key responsibilities include: - Assisting the product team in setting the strategy, vision, and roadmap for HRSD ServiceNow. - Supporting the design and implementation of standardized procedures for effective system maintenance. - Maintaining the product backlog and ensuring regular updates based on user feedback and experience. - Working on prioritized backlog items considering business value, user needs, and technical aspects. - Analyzing business problems related to HRSD ServiceNow and proposing fitting solutions. - Coordinating the product release schedule in collaboration with the development team and stakeholders. - Identifying new features and opportunities for continuous improvement. - Adapting the product backlog and strategy based on lessons learned and market conditions. - Collaborating with process owners to update the product to support process or policy changes. - Determining opportunities aligned with organizational goals. **Qualifications Required:** To excel in this role, you should possess: - A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, engineering, etc.). - Strong understanding and ideally certification of HRSD ServiceNow and Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. - Familiarity with product management tools and software (e.g., Jira) is advantageous. - Strong data management skills with experience in optimizing solutions using HRSD ServiceNow. - HRSD ServiceNow Certification is preferred. - Previous experience in a Product Analyst or similar role is highly desirable. - Understanding of HR Operating models and process design for optimizing HRSD ServiceNow module. - Ability to work in a technological environment while engaging with business users. - Experience in systems development lifecycle in HRSD ServiceNow. **Additional Details about the Company:** Siemens Energy is more than just an energy technology company.
