As a Business Analyst/Product Owner at Tavisca, a cxLoyalty Technology Platform (Division of JP Morgan Chase & Co.), you can look forward to the following responsibilities: Role Overview: You will work closely with Engineering Managers and Architects to identify valuable offerings and services for Engineering teams, such as Audit Log Service, A/B Testing SDKs, Data Access APIs, Encryption Libraries, CI/CD offerings, Monitoring offerings, Performance Test suites, and more. Additionally, you will collaborate with Product & Engineering Managers to identify, refine, and prioritize high-value features to support other teams in meeting their commitments. Your role will involve creating user stories, identifying dependencies, and working with squads and analysts to provide clarity on high-risk and ambiguous items. You will be responsible for owning the design, validation, and delivery of specific high-impact, high-risk items in the roadmap, along with Technical Architects/Engineers. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Product & Engineering Managers to identify high-value features - Create user stories and identify dependencies - Work with squads and analysts on running discovery sprints - Own the design, validation, and delivery of high-impact items - Define and track key product metrics - Run Agile rituals in partnership with Iteration Managers/Delivery Managers - Help maintain a healthy and well-articulated Product Backlog - Organize and maintain Product artefacts, knowledge repository, KPIs, and metrics - Evangelize modern & lean Product practices - Coach, train, and mentor analysts and team members - Manage communication with product, delivery, engineering, and program management - Keep key stakeholders informed about progress and potential risks Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in the English language - Experience working with Agile teams as a Business Analyst/Product Owner - Good understanding of Software Architecture, REST, Micro-services, Cloud Platform, CI/CD/DevOps practices - Strong knowledge of Agile & Product Management concepts - Experience collaborating closely with product, engineering, client, and UX teams Please note that this position is based in Pune.
