About the job:

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Product Analytics Associate/Analyst to join our growing team of Financial Services. You will be responsible for turning data into actionable insights that support decision-making across product, operations, risk, and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior, product performance, and business trends using data from internal databases and external sources.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and business metrics using tableau.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, Growth, and DS teams to identify analytical opportunities and solve business problems.
• Design and run A/B tests, user segmentation, and cohort analyses to improve customer acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• Work with large datasets using Python, SQL to manipulate, analyze, and derive insights.
• Support data-driven decision-making by preparing ad-hoc analysis and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Help define metrics and data requirements for new product features or operational initiatives.
• Assist in developing predictive models or scoring algorithms.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering).
• 23+ years of experience in data analytics
• Strong Python and SQL skills; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills able to turn data into insights and communicate them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Previous experience of working in a Fintech organization.
