Product Analyst

You will be joining GoodScore, a company dedicated to simplifying financial literacy and credit access for over 150 million credit-underserved individuals in India. As a Product Analyst at GoodScore, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the founder in Bangalore, playing a crucial role in driving the business forward through data-driven insights. We are looking for a passionate individual who is detail-oriented, a first-principles problem solver, and enthusiastic about uncovering valuable insights from data. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with business and product teams to identify and articulate analytical problem statements, leading the insight generation phase, and presenting data-driven recommendations. You will serve as the subject matter expert in analytics and visualization, designing and developing dashboards that facilitate informed, data-driven decision-making for the team. This role will offer you the opportunity to work with talented professionals across various disciplines and gain exposure to the end-to-end product development process at scale. To qualify for this role, you should hold a B. Tech degree from a tier-1 engineering college and have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a B2C company. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, along with a keen interest in business operations and product functionality. Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries to manipulate and consolidate data for analysis and dashboarding is required. Additionally, you should possess a solid understanding of Excel and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and QlikView. Familiarity with data-analysis languages like R or Python and core statistical concepts is preferred. Experience in building ML models is advantageous but not mandatory.
