Job Description: We are looking for a Product Analyst (Executive/Senior Executive) for Product Team who will be responsible for supporting product operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient execution of product processes across branches. The ideal candidate must come with prior experience in the NBFC sector, strong communication and Excel skills, and the ability to lead and motivate teams. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with various departments and verticals to streamline product implementation and process execution. Conduct regular branch audits and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance norms. Provide operational and process support to product team functions. Utilize Excel for data analysis, MIS reporting, and tracking product performance. Maintain effective communication with sales, operations, and support teams for smooth functioning. Motivate and support team members to achieve departmental goals. Handle a small team and guide them towards meeting operational objectives. Identify gaps in product delivery and suggest improvements. Key Requirements: Experience: 02 years in NBFC sector (Non-Banking Financial Company) Education: Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills Role & responsibilities Proficiency in MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.) Ability to coordinate and collaborate across departments Team handling and motivational skills Attention to detail and process-oriented approach Willingness to travel for branch audits, if required Preferred candidate profile
