Product Advocate Intern

Role Overview: You are a creative and data-curious Product Advocate Intern at Bynry Inc., a fast-growing B2B SaaS company revolutionizing utility management. Your role involves AI-powered content creation and customer analytics, supporting customers, and building practical skills in content creation, analytics, and customer advocacy. Key Responsibilities: - Content Creation (AI-Powered): - Create video tutorials, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles using AI tools - Write blog posts and case studies showcasing customer success stories - Develop visual content (infographics, screenshots, workflow guides) with AI design tools - Build onboarding materials and quick-start guides for new customers - Assist in creating webinar presentations and demo materials - Analytics & Customer Insights: - Learn and use PostHog to track product adoption and user behavior - Collect and organize customer feedback from multiple channels - Analyze usage patterns and identify trends in customer engagement - Create reports on feature adoption, customer health metrics, and engagement - Present insights to the team with recommendations for improvement - Help identify at-risk customers based on analytics data - Customer Interaction: - Assist with customer onboarding sessions and product demos - Respond to customer questions and create FAQ content - Participate in customer calls to understand pain points and needs - Help organize and support webinars and training sessions - Engage with customers through community forums and social channels - Gather testimonials and success stories from happy customers Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills with excellent writing and verbal abilities in English - Comfortable using AI tools for content creation, editing, and productivity - Eager to learn new software, tools, and industry concepts - Comfortable working with data and finding patterns - Genuine interest in helping users succeed Additional Company Details: Bynry Inc. is a dynamic 20-person team located in Bavdhan, Pune, committed to making utility operations more efficient and cost-effective through innovative technology solutions.
