Job Summary:

The Product Advisor is responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. They play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales by providing expert knowledge and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits with confidence and accuracy.
• Stay updated on new products, features, and promotions.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints effectively.
• Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and stock levels.
• Provide feedback to the product or marketing team based on customer interactions.
• Assist in after-sales support and follow-up as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong product knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Good listening skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Fluency in regional/local language and English.
• Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
