Role & responsibilities

Job Title:

Procurement & Vendor Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) process.
  • Vendor onboarding, coordination, and relationship management.
  • Ensure procurement compliance with company and client policies.
  • Track, monitor, and resolve issues related to procurement workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, and Business Units) for seamless execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide periodic reports/dashboards.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of experience in procurement, PR/PO management, or vendor management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/others).
  • Experience in an MNC environment preferred.
  • Immediate joiners will be given priority.
