Job Description

You are an expert in end-to-end implementation with 5-15 years of experience and sound work experience on SAAS Procurement tools - Coupa. Your role involves executing procurement transformation and digitalization projects across diverse sectors and geographies. You lead engagements/workstreams end-to-end, develop and drive opportunities, and undertake key roles such as Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager, and Change Management Support across various projects. Additionally, you oversee recruitment processes, provide guidance, and mentor team members to foster professional growth. It is essential for you to stay informed on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and procurement best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions. You contribute to internal capability-building initiatives by conducting knowledge-sharing sessions, creating best practice documentation, and facilitating internal training and development programs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute procurement transformation and digitalization projects across diverse sectors and geographies. - Lead or support initiatives to identify and advance opportunities by building and leveraging external networks and professional relationships. - Independently manage projects and undertake key roles like Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager, Change Management Support. - Oversee recruitment processes and provide guidance and mentorship to team members. - Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and procurement best practices. - Contribute to internal capability-building initiatives by conducting knowledge-sharing sessions and facilitating training programs. **Qualifications Required:** - Prior experience in implementing S2P solutions in various cloud tools and/or ERP systems. - Strong understanding of procurement processes and spend management principles. - Hands-on experience in leading functional design workshops, creating various project documents, leading testing phases, and integration with client ERPs (will be a plus). - Educational qualifications: MBA/B.E/B.Tech equivalent from a reputed institute. - Any certifications on related technology/platform will be add-ons.
