Procurement Professional

Position Summary:

The Procurement Professional is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services at optimal cost, quality, and value. The role focuses on developing strong supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and contributing to overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Supplier Management

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings and quality standards.
• Maintain supplier performance metrics and conduct regular reviews.
• Develop strategic supplier partnerships to support long-term business goals.

Procurement Operations

• Manage end-to-end procurement cycle from requisition to purchase order and delivery.
• Ensure timely processing of procurement requests in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast material and service requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely replenishment.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Mitigate supplier-related risks through due diligence and contract management.
• Maintain documentation for audits and ensure transparency in procurement processes.

Cost Optimization & Reporting

• Analyze spending data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support budget planning and financial control processes.
• Generate reports and dashboards on procurement performance and key KPIs.
