Procurement Operations Analyst

As a Procurement Operations Specialist at Sunovaa Tech Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient procurement activities in compliance with company policies. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating Purchase orders and managing Pending Purchase Orders, while also following up with stakeholders. - Providing white glove services to help stakeholders navigate the purchasing process effectively on behalf of business teams. - Maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation, as well as preparing and presenting procurement reports to senior management. - Resolving any procurement discrepancies or issues promptly and identifying new suppliers and products. - Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in procurement practices, as well as supporting the training and development of junior procurement staff. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, with strong negotiation skills and contract management experience. - Proven ability to analyze data and market trends, along with effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with procurement software and tools, such as Oracle EBS, Outlook, Excel/Sheets, and Google Drive. - Certification in Procurement and Supply Management would be a plus, along with knowledge of legal regulations in procurement processes and the ability to develop and execute effective strategies.,
