At Manikchand Packaging, we are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to lead raw material sourcing for our world-class flexible packaging operations.
Develop suppliers for PET/BOPP/CPP/PE films, inks, adhesives, foils and cylinders.
Negotiate pricing, contracts and payment terms.
Track delivery schedules, quality consistency, cost trends.
Coordinate with planning and production teams to avoid stock-outs.
Monitor lead times, reorder levels, and alternate sourcing options.
Implement procurement KPIs and timely material availability.
Maintain procurement records and pricing history in ERP.
Provide procurement data for costing, budgeting and audits.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and ISO standards.
815 years experience in procurement of packaging/converting inputs.
Graduate / PG in Supply Chain / Packaging / Engineering / Commerce.
Strong vendor negotiation, industry network and tech-savvy mindset.
