Marketing Coordinator (Back Office) – Sales & Marketing Team Shirur Plant (Saradwadi), Pune | 2–5 Years | Reports to: Sales Head Keep orders flowing, clients informed, and teams in sync. At Manikchand Packaging, we’re on the lookout for a sharp, organized and proactive back office coordinator who can support our fast-paced Sales & Marketing team with precision and people skills. What You’ll Do Sales Coordination & Order Management · Issue quotations, proforma invoices, and order acknowledgements. · Coordinate client communication for order status and delivery timelines. · Enter and track sales orders in ERP, follow up with production, planning, dispatch. Documentation & Reporting · Prepare sample dispatch slips, invoices, packing lists and DSRs. · Ensure client documentation, purchase orders, approvals, etc. are collected on time. · Maintain trackers for orders, dispatches, samples, and client databases. Internal Coordination · Liaise with production, logistics, quality and accounts teams. · Follow up on payments, collections and POs in coordination with Accounts. · Assist in monthly MIS, sales dashboards and follow-up reports. What You’ll Bring · 2–5 years’ experience in sales back office, customer service or marketing coordination. · Graduate in Commerce / Business / Packaging preferred. · Strong Excel, Email, ERP and follow-up skills. · Familiarity with packaging materials (PET/BOPP/laminates) is a plus. · Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi. At Manikchand Packaging, we’re hiring a qualified, detail‑oriented Cost Accountant to own cost control, product costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation across our flexible packaging operations. You must be well‑versed in manufacturing cost accounting and ready to partner with leadership—providing accurate cost data and clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making. What You’ll Do Product Costing & Variance · Prepare costing for laminates, rolls, pouches across structures and SKUs. · Analyse material consumption, run rates, yields, losses and wastage. · Track standard vs actual cost and highlight profitability gaps. Inventory Valuation · Conduct monthly valuation of raw materials, WIP and finished goods. · Support physical audits and monitor slow/non-moving stock. · Reconcile costing data with stores, production and accounts. Budgeting, Analysis & MIS · Assist in cost budgets, forecasts and product-wise margins. · Generate costing-based MIS for management and pricing teams. · Support audits (statutory, internal) with costing and inventory records. What You’ll Bring · CMA / MBA (Finance) with 4–10 years’ experience in cost accounting. · Experience in flexible packaging / plastic / manufacturing industries. · Knowledge of standard costing, ERP, Excel and inventory control. · Sharp number sense, cross-functional understanding and report discipline.
