PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

As a Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process with a focus on asset procurement. You should have a strong knowledge of asset procurement and be proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel and Word. Your role will involve coordinating with regional teams for the delivery and installation of assets, requiring good communication skills in English and Hindi. One of your key responsibilities will be maintaining asset-wise trackers across Pan India and utilizing your negotiation skills with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement. A degree or an MBA qualification is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, particularly in electronic components and mechanical raw materials. Your role will also involve tasks such as sub-contract management, comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers, and preparing reports on purchases, including cost analyses. Written and oral communication skills are essential for effective communication with various stakeholders. Ideally, you should hold a B.Tech degree in ECE, EEE, or Mechanical Engineering. Your skills should include good communication skills, negotiation skills, sub-contract management, vendor management, procurement expertise, proficiency in MS Office applications, cost analysis, knowledge of electronic components, and asset procurement.
