Job Description

Responsibilities

Identifying, evaluating, and qualifying potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability criteria
Request cost proposals and negotiate contracts and prices.
Maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers and developing new vendor partnerships
Creating, reviewing, and processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinating delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of materials
Tracking order status, expediting urgent requirements, and managing delivery exceptions
Maintaining records of all transactions, purchase orders, receipts, and payments.
Establishing quality standards and specifications for purchased goods and services
Inventory and logistics management for the purchased items.
Resolving supply, quality, service, and invoice issues with vendors
Provide reports on procurement expenditures and monitor cost savings

Requirements

· BE(Any stream)/Bsc/Bcom
· 1-2 Yrs. Experience
· Two Wheeler mandatory
· Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
· Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
· Experience working with vendors & suppliers
· Strong negotiation Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
