Job Description

As a Procurement Coordinator, your role involves coordinating with vendors, evaluating quotes, and managing purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of materials and services. Your responsibilities include: - Float RFQs to approved vendors and track responses - Evaluate quotes based on price, delivery, compliance, and technical specs - Maintain quote comparison sheets and recommend best-fit suppliers - Coordinate with engineering and site teams for specification alignment - Create and issue POs in line with approved budgets and procurement plans - Track PO acknowledgments and follow up on delivery schedules - Source civil, MEP, and general construction materials - Liaise with vendors for timely dispatch and quality assurance - Coordinate with storekeepers and site engineers for GRN and material reconciliation In addition to your key responsibilities, you will be eligible for benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. This full-time, permanent position requires you to work in person at the specified location.,
