Procurement Engineer/ Sr. Purchase Executive

 Perform all procurement and contracting activities including pre- qualification or Bid Qualification, tender management , negotiation and preparation of contracts.

 Create the AMC, CMC of service & ARC of material Procurement.

 Create RFQs through SAP and issue RFQs to bidders through the Tender Tool (C1 portal & GeM Portal).

 Vendor management & Quotation Creation.

 Set up meetings with the project team (Commercial/Technical) and contractors for any clarifications to allow the evaluation of the offers/quotations to be progressed/Pre- bid.

 Follow up to determine the qualification and evaluation of selected bidders.

 Commercial Evaluation of bids, Comparative statement of Price bid, Negotiation, Outline Agreement & PO creation & placement of PO & OA in GeM Portal as well as SAP.

 Reviewing and monitoring contactor performance and prepare Tender Reports for the final closure of contract.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
