Preparation of project specific SCC & GCC
Receiving PR
Selection of venders
Floating enquires
Collection of comprehensive offers.
Forwarding tech offers to Engineering team for evaluation and getting TER
commercial evaluation
Negotiation with vendors for price and other commercial terms & conditions including delivery terms and schedule.
Preparing the Purchase Proposal and obtaining Management Approval.
Issue of LOI / PO
Evaluation of risk and mitigation
Securing after sales service.
Ability to manager tasks and prioritize effectively.
