Location: Surat, Gujarat Qualification: Min Bachelor’s Degree Experience: Fresher Can Apply Shift Timing: 11:30 am to 9:30 pm (Day) 9:30 am to 9:30 pm (Day) 9:30 pm to 7:30 am (Night) 9:30 pm to 9:30 am (Night) Skills and Requirements: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent English Speaking is Mandatory Advanced knowledge of MS Excel. Knowledge of market research. Proven history of effective supply management. Roles & Responsibilities: Handle food order processing. Handle Food incident/Discrepancy problem Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries. Maintain / Update Weekly report Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications Make A Call To The Site To Investigate The Case Get Relevant Information And Update The IR Accordingly. Assess procurement requirements, prepare procurement plans, draft specifications and initiate procurement process. Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts. Prepares inventory listings to include the location and status of all equipment. Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies. Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
