Key Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical and presentation support across HCIB, Europe and Americas, including preparation of business review materials, Supplier performance updates and commercial analytics.
  • Manage and analyse data ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting of metrics.
  • Build and maintain scorecards, and packs that consolidate key Supplier and Procurement metrics ensuring all data is up to date and aligned with global standards.
  • Partner with regional and global Procurement teams to provide insights and materials supporting strategic priorities and leadership communications.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes, visualisation, and data governance to enable better decision-making and operational efficiency .
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering
  • Working experience of at least 6+ years in IT.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in preparing high-quality executive presentations and performance dashboards.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and priorities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset, with the ability to deliver insights independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and executive-level delivery.
