As a Procurement Services Manager at Wipro, you will have the responsibility to oversee various key activities, including: - Involvement in procurement activities such as RFP/RFQ, offer receipt, evaluation of vendor packages, techno-commercial evaluation, benchmarking, negotiation, finalization of order, contracting strategy, and release purchase order/work order. - Leveraging spending to deliver annual savings through negotiations and innovative supply strategies. - Empanelling best-in-class suppliers in the services procurement area and aiding in their business growth with Wipro. - Negotiating contracts to safeguard Wipro's interests in the marketplace. - Developing and analyzing various options, and presenting alternative solutions to sourcing needs. - Conducting internal process mapping and devising improvement plans. - Managing supplier relationships and performance, partnering with business leadership and clients to enable short and long-term strategies. - Ensuring all strategies and subsequent procurement activities are aligned with the procurement policy. - Demonstrating the ability to learn new technologies and effectively manage change. - Conducting RFPs to select the right supplier and obtain the best overall value for the company. - Managing stakeholder expectations. - Collaborating cross-functionally with finance and other departments. - Possessing a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint at an experienced level.,
