Procurement Associate- GRC-Transformation

The role you will be taking on involves various key responsibilities and accountabilities related to procurement services. You will be responsible for tasks such as handling RFP/RFQ processes, receiving offers, evaluating vendor packages, conducting techno-commercial evaluations, benchmarking, negotiating, finalizing orders, developing contracting strategies, and releasing purchase orders/work orders. Your main focus will be on leveraging spend and achieving annual savings through negotiations and implementing innovative supply strategies. You will also be working towards empaneling top-tier suppliers in the services procurement sector and supporting their business growth within Wipro. Negotiating contracts to safeguard Wipro's interests in the market, analyzing different options, presenting alternative sourcing solutions, mapping internal processes, and devising improvement plans are some of the key tasks you will be responsible for. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing supplier relationships and performance, collaborating with business leadership and clients to drive short and long-term strategies, and ensuring that all procurement activities comply with the established procurement policy. Your role will require you to stay updated with new technologies, effectively manage change, conduct RFPs to select the right suppliers, and ensure the company obtains the best overall value. Expectations management of stakeholders, along with collaborating across functions especially with finance, are crucial aspects of this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint at an experienced level is essential for effectively carrying out the responsibilities of this position.,
