Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Sourcing:

Manage end-to-end IT procurement processes for hardware, software, and IT services.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, solicit quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Raise and process purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) in ERP systems.

Handle AMC, renewal, and licensing agreements for software and hardware assets.
Ensure all procurements comply with internal policies, legal standards, and data security norms.
Track IT asset purchases and maintain updated asset inventory in coordination with the IT team.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Finance for PO closure, GRN, and vendor payment tracking.
Prepare and present procurement MIS reports and spend analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Supply Chain Management (MBA preferred).
58 years of experience in
IT procurement
or
IT asset management

Strong understanding of IT products: servers, laptops, networking equipment, licenses, and cloud services.
