Procurement and Vendor Manager - Food Supply Chain

As a Procurement and Vendor Manager at our location in Gurgaon Sector 49, you will play a crucial role in managing our food procurement operations and expanding our vendor network. With 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field, you will be responsible for coordinating orders, building strong relationships with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of food from cloud kitchens to corporate clients. Your key responsibilities will include managing end-to-end procurement processes, taking orders via phone and email, negotiating terms with existing vendors, and onboarding new cloud kitchens and restaurants to enhance our vendor network. Quality control, timely delivery, and compliance with client requirements will be paramount, requiring your excellent communication and negotiation skills to succeed in this fast-paced environment. Collaboration with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues will be essential, highlighting the importance of your organizational and problem-solving abilities.
