Role Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented professional for the position of Manager – Procurement and Supply Chain. The role involves managing vendor empanelment, procurement operations, and supporting space monetisation initiatives across diverse commercial categories.

KPIs/ KRA

Exposure in vendor empanelment for Space Monetisation in the following areas:

• Advertising: 

Selling advertising space on physical property, like billboards on a building or commercials on a public transit system.

• Naming rights: 

Allowing a company to have its name on a physical space, such as a stadium or a park.

• Sponsorships: 

Partnering with corporations to sponsor events, features, or areas within a public space.

• Commercial activities: 

Allowing for and encouraging commercial activities like office, retail, restaurants, and special events.

Qualifications

• Experience with Purchase Orders and Procurement activities
• Skills in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Relevant experience in a similar role is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
