As a Procurement & Inventory Manager at Netrio, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end operations of hardware inventory and warehouse management. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the daily operations of the hardware inventory and warehouse team, ensuring seamless receiving, storage, setup, and shipping of hardware. - Managing procurement processes, maintaining vendor relationships, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely acquisition of hardware. - Maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing stock levels, minimizing errors, and reducing waste. - Ensuring accurate and efficient hardware setup/configuration before deployment or shipping. - Monitoring shipping and logistics processes to guarantee accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with customer requirements. - Developing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management and warehouse processes. - Collaborating with internal teams to align inventory management with operational needs. - Training, mentoring, and evaluating team members to maintain high performance and engagement. - Analyzing inventory data to forecast needs, identify trends, and recommend operational improvements. - Implementing and maintaining safety, security, and organizational standards within the warehouse environment. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or procurement management, preferably in IT or technology fields. - Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with inventory management systems and software; experience with ERP systems is preferred. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams and locations. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
