Job Profile : Assistant Manager Procurements & Contracts Experience : 5 - 8 Years Budget for the role: 8-12LPA Location : Mumbai Qualification : BE / BTech Civil Real Estate Background is Must. 1. The person should have 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in procurement and contract management ( Real Estate background ) 2. Managing end-to-end procurement processes. 3. Vendor on-boarding, negotiation, and management. 4. Driving cost savings and process optimization. 5. Mandatory proficiency in SAP (especially procurement modules); SAFAL experience is a plus. 6. Strong data accuracy, reporting, and documentation abilities. 7. Sound understanding of procurement policies , compliance norms, and market dynamics, Rate Analysis . 8. Experience in negotiation , communication , and stakeholder management . 9. Educational Background: Someone who has completed Bachelors in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech)/Nicmar .
