Procurement Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Professional to join our team.
The role involves managing the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing and negotiating with vendors to preparing purchase agreements and ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies.

• Follow up and obtain quotations from the vendors.
• Prepare price comparison for the prices submitted by the vendors.
• Developing new vendors.
• Preparation and execution of purchase orders/ LOI/ agreements for the approved vendor and pricing along with terms and conditions.
• Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
• Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors for the requirements raised by the stakeholders.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
• Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
• Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
• Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
• Preparing related procurement reports.
