Job Title:

Procure-to-Pay (PTP) - Payment Processing

Location:

Pune (Night Shift)

Experience:

1-3 years

Role Overview:

PTP Specialist

Payment Processing

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end payment processing
for vendors, including validation and execution of payments.
Review invoices and ensure proper approvals before initiating payments.
Monitor payment schedules and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Handle queries related to payment status and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and support audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and SOX controls.
Work closely with procurement and accounts payable teams to streamline processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years
of experience in
PTP / Accounts Payable
, with a strong focus on
Payment Processing

Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Strong understanding of vendor management and payment cycles.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume environment.
