Process Unity

Role Overview: You will be part of a high performing team implementing a strategic future state technology landscape for all of DWS Corporate Functions globally. As an Engineer, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and delivering significant components of engineering solutions to accomplish business goals efficiently and reliably. You will actively participate in the design of solution components, investigate re-use opportunities, and ensure that solutions are reliable, maintainable, and can be integrated successfully into the overall solution and environment. You will also look for opportunities to improve the availability and performance of components, automate towards zero touch, and champion a "DevOps" mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Work as an individual contributor for developments in the ProcessUnity application - Have a thorough understanding of ProcessUnity Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) architecture - Gain exposure to data integration architecture and data transfer methods between ProcessUnity and other data provider applications - Understand business requirements and perform high-level and low-level estimations with a technical solution approach - Build and deliver projects as per the estimates - Design and develop in implementation projects - Own the technical delivery of individual components, collaborating with Architects, Business Analysts, etc. - Drive continuous improvement and a high-performance agile culture - Ensure high-quality standards by getting it right the first time Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience in configuration and customization in ProcessUnity - Strong knowledge of TPRM functionality - Good communication skills and ability to work as a team player - Working experience on data integration with ProcessUnity and other TPRM related applications - Rigorous, resourceful, adaptable with good attention to detail and strong project ownership - Strong configuration management skills Additional Company Information: The company strives for a culture where employees are empowered to excel together every day by acting responsibly, thinking commercially, taking initiative, and working collaboratively.
