✅ Deliver impactful product, process, and soft skills training
✅ Mentor new hires during OJT and support their transition to production
✅ Evaluate training effectiveness & share actionable insights
✅ Keep training content up-to-date with business/process changes
✅ Drive TNI, refresher training, and knowledge assessments
✅ Collaborate with ops teams to align training with performance goals
✔️ Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
✔️ 1–5 years of training experience (line trainers welcome!)
✔️ Ability to work across shifts as per business needs
✔️ Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
